How your insurance reads your health
KTAXA covered
KTAXA reads your health as one of three tiers — based on your biomarker profile — to set your risk-adjusted premium. Your individual readings are never seen by KTAXA. They receive your tier classification only (Green / Yellow / Red), computed from your anonymised data.
Tier is re-evaluated after each annual checkup. Individual values are never sent to KTAXA. Your data stays with Wellnest.

You're SSO-signed into PharmCare. The doctor already has your blood work on screen. No repeating your history. The consult starts immediately.

Get your plan
Doctor explains your results, gives a plan, and may issue a prescription or referral. Notes from the session appear in your consult history.

The pharmacist cross-checks everything against your actual readings — not generic advice. Example: your FBS 126 mg/dL changes the supplement recommendations you'd get.

The only data Wellnest receives is: session occurred (date) + session type (mental health). No notes, no topics, no outcomes are ever returned to the platform.
Exception: if a provider judges there is immediate risk to life, Thai clinical law requires reporting — this is between the provider and the relevant authority, not Wellnest or your employer.

Psychiatrist referral (if needed)
If the psychologist or counsellor judges that medication evaluation is appropriate, they can refer you to a PharmCare psychiatrist. This is at their clinical judgment, not required.

Your WHO-5 Wellbeing Index score is part of your Wellnest Mental Wellbeing profile. A score below 13/25 suggests low wellbeing; below 10 suggests possible depression — a mental health consult is one concrete step you can take. The provider does not see your WHO-5 score unless you choose to share it — it is never sent automatically.
